This modern five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located in Panorama's newest neighbourhood and is perfectly designed for ski vacations featuring an open concept floorplan, a large storage area for skis, a theatre room and an incredible kitchen and eating area. Modern architecture offers light and incredible views across the valley to Jackpine Bowl. Step out the back porch and onto the hill and enjoy all the amenities of Panorama Village. Please note rental is geared towards family-based groups only.
In the winter, Panorama Mountain Resort offers unlimited activities with world-class skiing and snowboarding. The ski hill is ranked #1 in the world for most space per skier with something for all ability levels. Passes are provided to the Panorama Spring pools to enjoy the pools, waterslides and hot tubs. Other amazing activities include snow tubing, fat tire biking, and the world’s longest skating trail on Lake Windermere Whiteway. Just steps out your back door, and you have access to incredible marked and unmarked trails for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. Amazing hot springs can be enjoyed at Radium and Fairmont, with natural hot springs at the Lussier Hot Spring in the Whiteswan Lake Provincial Park.
Panorama is a world-class resort and the summer offers unlimited fun for the whole family. Featuring one of BC’s top public golf courses, GreyWolf Golf course is nestled against the Purcell mountains and provides outstanding views and play. Swimming, boating and fishing can be enjoyed at Lake Windermere. Mountain biking, tennis, horseback riding, mountain yoga, hiking and quadding are all available just minutes from your doorstep.

Booking Policies
Regular Rental Season:
- Three-night minimum stay is required throughout the ski season, spring and fall.
- Confirmation/security Deposit is required in the amount of one night's rental cost or $500.00 to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 60 days in advance.
- Your booking is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival. (60 days for Christmas/New Years/Family Day-President's Week). If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates. A $100 cancellation fee will apply in either case. If damages exceed the deposit amount, your credit card will be charged to cover the expense of repairs. Payment is non-refundable if guests are evicted from a property.
- The original deposit will be refunded once the chalet has been examined for damage and/or lost articles. Additional damage totalling more than the amount of the deposit will be charged to the guests credit card.
Christmas / New Years
- Five-night minimum stay is required.
- Confirmation/security Deposit is required in the amount of two nights' rental cost to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required 60 days in advance.
- Payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the chalet to another party.
- Payment is non-refundable if guests are evicted mid-stay.
- The original deposit will be refunded once the chalet has been examined for damage and/or lost articles.
A Cancellation Policy Fee of $100.00 applies to either time period.

Ideal
We had a fabulous stay at this property. The home was GORGEOUS and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Ski in/ski out right into separate ski room was excellent and the kids loved the games/TV room. We will be back!
Modern and Light Filled
This house had everything we needed for our vacation in Panorama. It is clean and spacious and we appreciated how good the communication was. Just a lovely spot for a Get Away. A+++. We hope to book again soon!
