Booking Policies
Regular Rental Season:
- Three-night minimum stay is required throughout the ski season, spring and fall.
- Confirmation/security Deposit is required in the amount of one night's rental cost or $500.00 to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 60 days in advance.
- Your booking is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival. (60 days for Christmas/New Years/Family Day-President's Week). If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates. A $100 cancellation fee will apply in either case. If damages exceed the deposit amount, your credit card will be charged to cover the expense of repairs. Payment is non-refundable if guests are evicted from a property.
- The original deposit will be refunded once the chalet has been examined for damage and/or lost articles. Additional damage totalling more than the amount of the deposit will be charged to the guests credit card.
Christmas / New Years
- Five-night minimum stay is required.
- Confirmation/security Deposit is required in the amount of two nights' rental cost to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required 60 days in advance.
- Payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the chalet to another party.
- Payment is non-refundable if guests are evicted mid-stay.
- The original deposit will be refunded once the chalet has been examined for damage and/or lost articles.
A Cancellation Policy Fee of $100.00 applies to either time period.
